Casper Chamber of Commerce Open Box Food Pantry is placed and fully stocked with non-perishable food items.
It takes time to get a pantry placed correctly. First off you have to make sure the door is facing in the right direction. Then there is location coordinates. Blowing over isn’t a good thing. Make sure its level both vertically and horizontally. Its very important. Then the best part. Putting all of the goodies in the pantry.
Here To Help Foundation of Wyoming brought along their neighbors feeding neighbors food trailer/wagon. Lots of food and soda for everyone to enjoy.
We want to thank the Casper Chamber of Commerce for their hard work, time and sponsoring this pantry.
Especially thankful for everyone who attended and helped out with getting the job done.
Travis is a veteran and currently runs a cattle ranch. Tiffany watches over the home and takes care of the family .
Travis and his wife Tiffany have been together for 7 years. Married for almost 2 years. Between Travis & Tiffany they have 7 kids. Tavienna-18, Jacob-18, Orion-17, Ryan-13, Serenity-11, Kimberly-10 and Elizabeth-9.
They have just welcomed a granddaughter a little over a week ago.
The fire that tore through their home took everything, even the things that can never be replaced.
Travis & Tiffany are looking for a new home. It is very difficult for them as housing is expensive.
Here to Help Foundation of Wyoming wants to do what we can by extending a hand. Lets get the word out that as a community we have an opportunity to reach out and help the Walsh family.
We are gearing up to do a fundraiser for the Walsh family by asking for donations, clothes and other items the family may need.
We were invited to the Community Presbyterian Church in Lingle Wyoming. On January 16 we placed and stocked the 18th Here To Help Foundation of Wyoming Open Box Food Pantry.
Its stocked and ready to serve the Lingle Wyoming community. If you, your family or some one you know are going thru hard times you now have access to non perishable food items and things which may be needed to get thru the day.
Thank you Charlie, James, Melissa and Bruce for your Help! Your hard work and time are very much appreciated.
We have had a great time getting to see the local, out of town & out of state people & organizations come together and make things work. Kind of one of those goose-bump moments knowing that you can make a difference.
Had a great time cooking up free meals for all of those volunteers & community members. Hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.
Still have people coming up that need to be fed.
Wish we could stay longer as there is much more to do. We will be heading back to Casper later this evening.
We made it to the hotel in Parker Colorado safely.
Went into the hotel lobby and we were greeted with tables of donated items for the people that have been effected there in the community. Its amazing seeing people in the community come together and provide help when its needed.
We traveled from Casper Wyoming to Parker Colorado with a trailer full of food and donated items .
Have you seen or heard the news about the Superior / Marshall / Bolder Fire in Colorado?
We are in the process of planning & getting things ready for a trip down to Parker Colorado. We will be taking food and items that have been donated from caring people here in Casper. We will be working with Grace BaptistChurch and others.
Thank you Grace Baptist Church for putting this on for your community!
Where you able to make it to the neverforgoten77.org Suicide Awareness Poker Run event yesterday at Washington Park in Casper?
Here To Help Foundation of Wyoming was there serving up some really great food from our variety menu, bottled water & pop. It was a great time for us.
I really enjoyed the live band (music), great food and ice cream. In my estimation the crowd was huge and we were fortunate to meet some really nice people. Maybe we made a few new friends.
Suicide Awareness Poker Run event was held to generate funds for the upcoming neverforgoten77.org Spread Hope Retreat Event July 30th thru Aug 5th. If you are looking for more infomation concerning the retreat or would like to help/donate, information can be found on Facebook @neverforgoten77 and on their www.neverforgoten77.org web site.
We would like to extend a big thank you to neverforgoten77.org. You, all of your sponsors really did a bang up (good) job putting all of this together.
Here to Help Foundation of Wyoming will be hosting the Douglas community’s annual Hunters BBQ.
Plan to attend !
It’s a great opportunity to connect with more great people.
October 2nd and 16th 2019
The Plains Restraunt on Richards Street in Douglas Wyoming
Hunters BBQ event will take place at The Plains Restraunt on Richards Street in Douglas Wyoming. It’s going to be very special. We are going to bring brand new freshness to it and do that collectively as a family.
My dad, Charlie, always donates the food and the space and all of the work they put into it. Our way of telling hunters how much we appreciate having them in our community.
As in years past the BBQs will be held on Oct. 2 and Oct. 16 in coordination with hunting seasons.
Attendees can expect the wild game meal, fun and games for which the event is known, but also new ideas and energy.
“Richard and I love what we get to do,” “We are very grateful for those who jump on board and are part of the cause.” Those who wish to support the Here to Help Foundation of Wyoming can direct their donationsto PO Box 454, Douglas WY 82633.
